#LoveYourCareer
For this year’s Careers & Wellbeing Week, it’s all about choosing you. As things shift back into an in-person world, we know that there are still many unique challenges you’re facing in both your career journey and wider life.
That’s why we’re focusing on giving you the resources and opportunities you need to build your confidence and wellbeing; to help you make strides towards your goals whilst also looking after yourself.
Last year, we took a look at how to navigate the career space in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Things may still be changing but brighter times are ahead and we’re here to give you the tools to feel empowered and inspired.
What is Careers & Wellbeing Week?
We’re glad you asked! Careers & Wellbeing Week happens once a year every February and is a week-long celebration of championing and taking care of yourself in your career.
This year #CWW2022 takes place 14th-18th February and, as part of this, we’ve curated the very best content for you with practical advice to navigate your career whilst boosting your wellbeing.
'Boosting your career, keeping your sanity' with Calm app
On Friday 18th Feb (4-5pm) you’re invited to join us as we welcome Gretchen Battle from leading mental wellness app Calm for an exclusive virtual event on 'Boosting your career, keeping your sanity'. Gretchen will be sharing her expertise and practical advice on managing your wellbeing; how to recognise and deal with those times when things just aren’t ‘okay’ as well as breathing exercises that you can take forward and build into daily habits.
We’ll be in touch directly with the link for you to join the event, so all you need to do is save the date, look out for your email invitation and explore the rest of this week's resources in the meantime!
